Refund policy

Christelle LLC Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of skincare, hair care, and wellness products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ceo@christelleskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
